WitnessReadyNow ("we," "our," or "us") operates the WitnessReadyNow platform accessible at witnessreadynow.com and app.witnessreadynow.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information provided by users of our Platform. By using WitnessReadyNow you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide

When you sign up as a witness or submit a witness request through our Platform we collect only the following basic professional contact information:

• Full name • City and state • Zip code • Email address • Phone number • Professional information you voluntarily provide — such as notary license status, certifications, availability, fee range, and a brief professional biography

If you submit a witness request we also collect the signing details needed for matching — the signing city and ZIP code, date, time, document type, fee offered, and how many witnesses are needed. We do not collect full street addresses for signing requests; the full address is shared directly between the requester and their selected witness outside of the Platform.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, driver's license information, financial account numbers, credit card numbers, full street addresses, or any sensitive personal documents. No credentials, licenses, or background check documents are uploaded to or stored on the Platform.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Platform we may automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is used solely to maintain and improve the Platform and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• To create and maintain your witness profile or requester account • To match witness requests with available witnesses in your area based on location • To send you signing opportunity notifications by email • To send confirmation emails when a witness confirms availability or a request is fulfilled • To maintain accurate records of platform activity • To improve and develop the Platform based on usage patterns • To respond to your questions and support requests

WitnessReadyNow is a directory and matching platform. When a witness confirms availability for a specific signing request the requesting party receives that witness's profile information — including name, contact information, fee, availability, and professional biography, along with general information about their activity on the Platform such as the number of signings they have completed — for the purpose of arranging the signing directly.

When you submit a witness request, matching witnesses receive only the request details needed to respond — your professional role, the signing city and ZIP code, date, time, document type, fee offered, and how many witnesses are needed. If you have completed the optional requester profile in your account settings, matching witnesses will also see your company name and a brief professional bio (alongside a founding-member badge if applicable) — but never your email address or phone number until you select and hire that witness directly. Your full street address is never collected, and witness fees are not displayed in request notifications or confirmation emails.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers. We do not share your information with any third party except as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Platform — including email delivery services, payment processors, identity verification providers, and data backup and record-keeping tools — solely for the purpose of providing those services. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for any other purpose.

WitnessReadyNow does not collect, store, or transmit professional credentials, background check documents, notary licenses, government-issued identification, or any other sensitive documents. Any sharing of credentials or documentation between witnesses and requesting parties occurs directly between those parties outside of the Platform entirely. WitnessReadyNow is not involved in and bears no responsibility for credential sharing between members.

WitnessReadyNow offers an optional identity verification service through Stripe Identity. If you choose to complete identity verification your government-issued ID and biometric data are processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. WitnessReadyNow receives only a confirmation of verification status — not your ID document or biometric data. Identity verification is entirely optional and never required to use the Platform.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our Platform undergoes continuous automated security scanning and identified vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with Platform services. If you request deletion of your account we will remove your information from our active databases. Some information may be retained in backup systems for a limited period in accordance with our data retention practices.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — you may request a copy of the information we hold about you • Correction — you may update or correct your profile information at any time through the Platform • Deletion — you may delete your account and associated information at any time through the account settings in the Platform, or by contacting us at founder@witnessreadynow.com • Opt out — you may turn off email notifications at any time using the notification preferences in your witness profile, or by contacting us directly

WitnessReadyNow is a United States based platform currently serving US markets. This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with applicable US privacy laws. If you are located outside the United States please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

WitnessReadyNow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. All users are required to confirm they are 18 years of age or older at registration. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Our Platform may contain links to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent update.
